You will see how
city council around the nation work. Unfortunately, your city council may be bought by Park
Owners. The problem of US election is that the more money the candidate have
the more propability he/she can win.
You also realize that:
Mobile Home Park may not be a
place for you, good US Citizen. Park Owners do not need you to live there, but
need you to sign a contract for your illegal immigrate people. Such illegal
immigrate people always accept whatever injustice, high rent, unfair,
unethical from Park Owners and unscrupulous managers.

điều không may là các nghi

Quư vị cũng sẽ nhận ra rằng:
Nhà Tiền Chế có lẽ không thích hợp

Đó là lư do tại sao, đại đa số không muốn tham gia việc chống lại các hành

How To Take Advantage Of Today's Real Estate Market: Investing In ...
(pdf format)
PDF format will remain forever, even if the original link was obsolete
NuWire Investor
There are many reasons to buy a mobile home park. For one, there are virtually no new ones that can ever be built, effectively capping supply. Another is that you can raise and raise the rent, and nobody can afford the $3,000 or so to move out, so they have to put up with it. Or maybe it’s the fact that mobile home parks are sold on higher cap rates than any other form of real estate.

Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger vetoed a bill on Friday that would have preserved rent-control protections for residents of mobile home parks that are partially converted to condominium ownership

Tailored trailers: the return of the mobile home
However, it’s not all rosy: landowners wield a lot of power over their sites and, it’s claimed, often harass and intimidate residents. “The Mobile Home Act of 1983 was supposed to give homeowners security but there’s a need for more protection from unscrupulous landowners,” says Ball.
Site landlords are also entitled to a 10 per cent commission on the sale of a home but many try to prevent residents selling on the open market. This, says Ball, is because they prefer to sell directly to new residents, getting a chance to renegotiate rents and profit from the entire sale.

This representative stated that the park owners were essentially subsidizing the residents by charging much less ground rent than the market would bear. Olga pointed out that the rent-controlled residents owned their mobile homes, were responsible for maintaining their homes, and so also had property rights that needed to be protected. Olga stated that suggesting such subsidization was insulting to the mobile home owners.

- Jeff Ackerman: Elderly find mobile homes anything but mobile
(PDF)
The Union of Grass Valley I'm a HUGE fan of older people and unless we at least consider some sort of rent control on our local mobile home parks, many of our older people will be homeless soon. For them, it's a race between death and despair. ... What some of you may not know is that there are hundreds of older people trapped inside their so-called “mobile” homes today. After all, most of those homes really aren't mobile. And, if you could move one, it would cost more to do it than the home is worth today... Fear is a powerful tool, as most of us today are well aware. And some of these mobile home park owners seem to know how to use fear to their advantage. An 85-year-old is no match for a smooth-talking suit from Los Angeles.
