Owner,
The current space rent is
too high compared to the price to rent an apartment. The park manager will add
an increase for next rent up to $60. Moreover,
you will be unable to resell your mobilehome, because
the manager will add 10% to the new rent for a prospective buyer.
Enclosed are my dispute
letters. You can see how the Park Owner
practice unfair space rent increases and are in Violation of Mobilehome Residency Law 2009. What
they are doing is unlawful. We need to unite together to stop this.
