Dear Legislators and Attorneys for Cities, Districts, Counties, States, in US.

 

Enclosed are copies of documents supporting our dispute: 1) Lease Agreement 2) One rent bill last year and one of this year 3) HCD card

 

Our family feels angry and frustrated because we cannot resell our mobilehome due to a condition implemented by the Park Manager. The Park Manager increases rent for new buyers and on transfer titles.

 

Moreover, the rent is too high in comparison for the amount of rent paid for an apartment/house due to the Park Manager miscalculations. The Park Manager may be applying the law for house/apartment on land/space; whereas the land/space has not depreciated its value as would a house/apartment.

 

We believe that all of the Park Owners around the nation employ this unfair practice without regard to the U.S., States, and Local Government Law. Also It may be the case that the Park Owners act as the con artists to lure people.

This is of State Wide significance, please investigate this matter and you will recognize this unfair practice. Change is needed to enforce the US Law, and to initiate action against these con artists on behalf of all US Citizens and consumer’s interests.
