Dear Legislators and

Our family feels angry and
frustrated because we cannot resell our mobile home due to a condition
implemented by the Park Manager. The Park Manager increases rent for new buyers
and on transfer titles.
Moreover, the rent is too
high in comparison for the amount of rent paid for an apartment/house due to the
Park Manager miscalculations. The Park Manager may be applying the law for
house/apartment on land/space; whereas the land/space has not depreciated its
value as would a house/apartment.
We believe that all of the
Park Owners around the nation employ this unfair practice without regard to the
